Jennifer Block Cromheecke, J.D.Publications and MediaJennifer Cromheecke grew up in New York and earned her undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College in 1989. She earned her law degree in 1993 from Tulane Law School. Jennifer graduated with honors from both schools.Upon graduating from law school, Jennifer clerked for the Honorable F. A. Little Jr., a federal district court judge with the Western District of Louisiana. She then became a litigation associate for numerous law firms in both Atlanta and Chicago, including Alston & Bird and Winston & Strawn. A strong legal writer, Jennifer was able to further hone her writing skills by becoming a Staff Attorney with the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago. Jennifer currently lives just outside of Chicago and works within the home raising her three children. She is pursuing a Masters of Legal Letters degree from Loyola University in Child and Family Law. For several years, she assisted the North American Brain Tumor Coalition with the publication of a "Faces of Brain Tumors" book, honoring and memorializing brain tumor survivors and victims. |

Patti H. LengsfieldFundraising Advisor and CoordinatorA native New Orleanian, Patti has worked in the nonprofit sector for 30 years. As a senior development officer at Touro Infirmary Foundation and The Greater New Orleans Foundation, she has experience with major gifts solicitation, special events planning, publications productions and planned giving. She currently works in her family's business.Both of her children were born with congential heart defects and have had multiple surgeries. Today both are married. Her daughter has a healthy 15-month old daughter, and her son and his wife are expecting shortly. |

Denise M. MartinMembershipDenise M. Martin is a native of Bogalusa, Louisiana, and has been working in the legal field for nearly thirty years. She is currently the Senior Staff Member and Administrative Legal Assistant at the law firm of Gainsburgh, Benjamin, David, Meunier and Warshauer. She is the mother of one son, and was an active volunteer and committee member of the PTA and Ways and Means Committee of Slidell High School. As a past volunteer for the Dream Day Foundation and the New Orleans Pro Bono Project, Denise has extensive experience in fundraising. |

Claire MeunierOutreach CoordinatorClaire Meunier is Education Division Special Projects Manager at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, Brookdale Department of Geriatrics and Adult Development.Since 2005, Claire has served as the Managing Editor of the Portal of Online Geriatric Education (POGOe).She also manages the Reynolds Coordinating Center for the 30 medical schools funded as part of the Reynolds Foundation Program in Aging.In addition, she serves as Mount Sinai's coordinator for the Consortium for Faculty Deveopment to Advance Geriatric Edication (FD-AGE), directing the annual Physician Mini-Fellowships, coordinating the on-site consultation at academic medical centers and managing the Reynolds-sponsored participants in Mount Sinai's Intensive Course.Claire graduated in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University's renowned Human and Organizational Development program. She has a keen interest in healthcare administration, non-profit management, and strategic planning. Claire is currently pursuing her MBA at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University where she is studying strategy, management and healthcare. |

Mark K. R. Westguard, B.A.Online MediaMark graduated with an honours degree in Computing and Information Systems from the University of Brighton in the U.K. He has published a book on Internet development and has worked on over 250 web development projects since 1995.Mark owns and operates successful technology companies that operate internationally. He is responsible for the continued development of our website. His interest in the foundation stems from his involvement with a charity called Little Hearts Matter, a support group for children with congenital heart defects, as well as his brother who was born in 1996 with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome. |

Justin I. Woods, J.D.Technology and InformationAttorney with over fifteen years experience in mass tort / complex litigation matters as both an attorney and as a litigation support specialist. Currently an associate with the law firm of Gainsburgh, Benjamin, David, Meunier & Warshauer, L.L.C. Justin received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Loyola University of the South in 1989 and subsequently received a Juris Doctorate from Loyola University’s School of Law in 1996.Besides being a board member of the Jack of Hearts Foundation, Justin is involved in the following professional and civic organizations:
